Resource disposal of steel slag, dust ash and other solid wastes in steel plants
Steel slag is a typical bulk industrial solid waste produced in the steelmaking process of steel plants. Because it contains iron, CaO, Si, MnO, MgO, FeO and other components, it is also a valuable resource. After further crushing and sorting, it can be recovered. To achieve comprehensive utilization of waste resources, the sorted slag steel and tailings can be widely used as raw materials required in the production process of steel, building materials and other industries.
The output of solid waste resources such as dust ash in steel plants is high and the disposal is difficult. The dust removal (steel slag magnetic separation powder, iron oxide scale, dust removal dust, returned ore powder, steel-making converter sludge, etc.) and briquetting balls are used as steel-making coolant and slag-forming agent auxiliary materials, which can not only reduce the pollution of dust removal dust to the environment, but also reduce the environmental pollution caused by dust removal. It can also reduce the production cost of steelmaking and realize the recycling of iron-containing resources.
