一、Project background

Using solid waste to prepare artificial stone products has the characteristics of large solid waste consumption and high added value. The main solid wastes include: steel slag superfine powder, fly ash superfine powder, large amount of industrial solid wastes such as slag and desulfurized gypsum superfine powder. The main products include: permeable and water storage materials for sponge city construction, square bricks, artificial marble, building external stone, etc. the added value of the products can be as high as 500 yuan / ton, showing good economic and social environmental benefits.

二、Project design scheme

2.1 Production scale

Annual production of solid waste based artificial stone 10 million square meters (thickness 20-40mm). Annual production time: 6000 hours

2.2 Material

The raw materials of the project include 70000 tons of steel slag particles, 530000 tons of steel slag ultrafine powder, 150000 tons of inorganic binder, 3500 tons of inorganic pigment and 70000 tons of process water.

2.3 Products

Solid waste based artificial stone: 10 million square meters per year (20-40mm thick). The products are mainly used in permeable brick, square brick and external stone for sponge city construction.

2.4 Technical scheme of production process

2.4.1 Production technology and process flow

The overall process technology of the project is described as follows: with solid waste superfine powder, inorganic binder and inorganic pigment as raw materials, the qualified products are produced through “quantitative feeding – primary homogenization – Secondary homogenization – static pressure molding – hydrothermal curing” and other processing procedures.

2.4.2 Main equipment system

The process equipment system of this project mainly includes:
(1) Raw material buffer system;
(2) Raw material quantitative feeding system;
(3) Raw material homogenization system;
(4) Static pressure forming system;
(5) Hydrothermal curing system;
(6) Central control system.

2.5 Land occupation of the project

The total area of the project is 40000 M2 (about 60 mu)

2.6 Plant conditions

1) Power consumption: the total installed capacity of the project is about 3750kw, and the annual power consumption is 16.25 million kwh.
2) Water consumption: 60000m3 / year for production.
3) Steam consumption: steam consumption of maintenance line is 50000 T per year (waste heat of supersonic steam can be used).
4) Transportation: the transportation of raw materials and finished products can be met by using the existing roads of the manufacturer, and the total annual transportation volume is 1.5 million tons.

三、Environmental protection

Steam and electricity are used as the energy medium in the production of the project, and there are no pollutants such as sewage, flue gas and solid waste in the production process.

四、Project schedule

The construction period of the project is 8-12 months, including 5-7 months for engineering design and equipment procurement, 2-3 months for on-site construction, installation and commissioning, and 1-2 months for trial production, commissioning and normal production.

五、Staffing plan

A total of 80 people. Among them, there are 12 quality inspectors, 15 loading workers, 15 porters, 30 random inspectors and 8 other auxiliary personnel.

六、Investment estimation

The investment in fixed assets of the project is expected to be 175 million yuan, including 105 million yuan for equipment, 52.5 million yuan for civil engineering and installation, and about 17.5 million yuan for other investments.

七、Benefit analysis

7.1 Annual sales revenue: 50 million yuan / year.。

After the project is put into operation, the normal annual output is 10 million square meters of artificial stone, and the product sales price is 50 yuan / square meter (the market price is 50-200 yuan / square meter), so the annual operating income is about 50 million yuan.

7.2 Annual total cost: 178.92 million yuan.。

The annual total cost mainly includes power consumption, labor, sales, management, depreciation and maintenance, with a total of 178.92 million yuan. The cost structure is shown in the table below.

7.3 Year profit and tax analysis

After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is 500 million yuan, the annual operating cost is 178.92 million yuan, the annual profit and tax is 321.08 million yuan, and the investment is recovered in the same year.

八、Conclusion

After the project is put into operation, it will produce 10 million square meters of solid waste based artificial stone annually. The products can be made into permeable bricks, square bricks, hanging stones and artificial marble to meet different market demands by changing the molding mold. The products are widely used, with huge market capacity and smooth sales channels.
The project has an investment of 175 million yuan, an annual solid waste treatment capacity of 750000 tons, an annual output value of 500 million yuan, and an additional annual profit and tax of 321.08 million yuan. It has significant economic and social environmental benefits, and the project is feasible.
